At CapBlast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Products returned without prior contact.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, CapBlast will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
